3. Subscription & Billing

APEX offers a Free plan and a Premium subscription plan (₹49/month). By subscribing to Premium, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee of ₹49 per month in advance
• Automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
• Charges will be made through Cashfree Payments (our payment processor)
• All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Prices may change with 30 days prior notice

• Up to 2 Projects
• Up to 2 Workspaces
• Live API Monitoring
• Basic Project Analytics
• Team Invitations
• Community Support

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of APEX and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

7. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By posting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature
• To abuse API monitoring systems or overload our infrastructure
• To resell or redistribute the Service without written consent

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall APEX, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
