CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your APEX Premium subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.

2. How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your APEX account at apex.aiservices.codes
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately

3. What Happens After Cancellation

✅ Premium Access Continues

You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing cycle. No immediate downgrade.

✅ No More Charges

You will not be charged again after cancellation. Auto-renewal is disabled.

✅ Data Preserved

All your projects, workspaces, and data are preserved even after downgrade.

⚠️ Free Plan Limits Apply

After the billing cycle ends, Free plan limits (2 projects, 2 workspaces) will apply.

4. Reactivating Your Subscription

You can reactivate your Premium subscription at any time. Just go to Settings → Subscription → Upgrade to Premium. Your data will remain intact.

5. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account (not just cancel subscription):

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm deletion (irreversible)
  4. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

6. Refund on Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund. To request a refund, please review our Refund Policy (7-day money-back guarantee).
