REFUND POLICY

1. Overview
At APEX, we stand behind the quality of our Service. If you're not satisfied with your Premium subscription, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of successful payment.
2. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Request is made within 7 calendar days of the payment
- Your account has not violated our Terms & Conditions
- Service has not been abused or misused
- You have not exceeded fair usage of Premium features
- Payment was successfully captured
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Request made after 7 days of payment
- Account terminated due to Terms violation
- Abuse of API monitoring or system resources
- Renewal payments after the first month (only first payment refundable)
- Partial month usage (no pro-rata refunds)
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting support first
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at support@aiservices.codes with subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
- Include your registered email, payment ID, and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Processing Time
UPI / Wallet: 1-3 business days
Credit / Debit Card: 5-7 business days
Net Banking: 5-7 business days
* Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider. Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
6. Refund Amount
Approved refunds will be issued for the full amount paid (₹49) excluding any payment gateway charges deducted at the time of transaction.
7. What Happens After Refund
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan
- Premium features will be disabled immediately
- Your data (projects, workspaces) will be preserved
- Free plan limits will apply going forward
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Direct communication helps us resolve issues faster. Chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.
