- You receive a confirmation email within 2 minutes
- Access to all Premium features begins immediately
- Invoice is generated and available in your dashboard
3. Service Access
You can access APEX from anywhere in the world via:

- Desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Mobile devices (iOS, Android via browser)

4. Delivery Issues
If your Premium features are not activated within 10 minutes of successful payment, please:
- Log out and log back in to your account
- Clear your browser cache
- Check your email for confirmation
- Contact support with your payment ID
5. Service Availability
APEX operates 24/7 with a target uptime of 99.9%. Scheduled maintenance is communicated 48 hours in advance via email.
6. International Access
APEX is accessible globally. However, payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only. International users may see currency conversion charges from their bank.
